For 2022, Bauer introduces the new M3 hockey skate: a performance-level variation in their transition from the Supreme S-series to the M-series of skates. This skate includes many technologies tailored for a variety of players at a more affordable price point. Tech of note includes the Digi Comp quarter package, sublimated hydrophobic microfibre liner, and mesh metatarsal guard over the tongue.For your convenience, these skates have been sharpened prior to shipping out so you are ready to hit the ice.

- Boot Construction & Stiffness Profile: The Digi Comp boot keeps the skates' performance competitive without making it too stiff and difficult to skate in; this construction also optimizes the skate for speed by reducing its weight by 5% from the previous Supreme S37 skate. To keep a more traditional look and feel toward the ankle, the M3 skate uses standard symmetrical flex facing along the eyelets. Although the M3 skate is designed to be a bit more flexible for developing skaters, Supreme family skates are classified as stiffer than Vapor family skates.
- Liner & Internal Padding: For the M3, Bauer used a sublimated hydrophobic microfibre liner along the inside to wick away moisture and repel odor while you play. Including this kind of liner ensures that you stay comfortable in your skates all game long without the potential distraction of a wet boot. The internal padding is made of lightweight memory foam to further increase comfort when wearing the boot.
- Steel Runner, Holder & Blade Profile: To hold the blade in place, the Supreme M3 skate uses a TUUK Lightspeed Edge holder, which is the same as it was in the previous highest-end Supreme Ultrasonic skates. This holder makes it quick and easy to swap your steel as needed and if you want to try out different skate profiles on different blades. The runner is made of stainless steel to keep it lasting longer.
- Tongue: The tongue is made of an updated 40oz pro stock felt material with a mesh metatarsal guard. This combination of comfort and protection is designed to form fit around and over the metatarsus area for extra coverage, and the thick felt coupled with the tough exterior help shield the front ankle area of your foot from harm while you play.
- Insoles: The footbed is made of die-cut EVA foam, which is a common cushioning foam found in most athletic shoes. The choice to use this foam increases comfort in the boot by adding a more familiar feel to the sole.
- Graphics: Keeping to the classic theme of the Supreme line, the M3 is mainly colored black with yellow, cybernetic graphics and accents. "M3" and the new Bauer logo are also on display above the ankles and heel.
- Toe Cap: The M3 skate uses a standard toe cap to keep the construction simple and accommodate a wider variety of foot shapes and sizes.
